Terms of service

In the interests of respectful and honest cooperation with our customers, we would like to set some rules below:

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place via the web address "Toellerei.de". The operator of this order page is Knäckebäcker GmbH, Jülicherstraße 313,52070 Aachen. Purchase confirmation The purchase confirmation of all orders entered is made with the "Buy now" button and requires acceptance of our general terms and conditions below.

Exchange / cancellation:

An exchange of delivered baked goods is excluded, as it is perishable food. Cancellations are possible up to 12 noon on the day before delivery / handover to the parcel service by simply deleting the orders.

Complaints:

In the event of a complaint or incomplete delivery, just give us a call. The credit amount will be refunded to you immediately.

Liability:

We are liable for damage caused by our products within the framework of the Product Liability Act. We expressly exclude any liability for damage or consequential damage caused by a delayed or non-executed delivery. If the packaging is not intact (soiling, damage or manipulation), acceptance must be refused and Knäckebäcker GmbH must be notified, also by telephone. This also applies if soiling, damage or manipulation is found when unpacking the delivery. A credit will be issued immediately.
